Two plats by Girard Chambers & Son of adjacent properties of the Annie L. Lewis estate on Concrete County Road (present-day Beach Road) as part of the James Johnson tract. One plat is dated May 30, 1929 and shows the land of John B. Hall as purchased from Annie L. Lewis; the other is dated June 10, 1942 and shows the division of the property of Annie L. Lewis between heirs Lloyd Lewis Wallace and John B. Hall.

Includes Pennsylvania Avenue, Hanna Street, Day Street, Salters Creek Road (portion does not currently exist), a road labeled "40 Foot by Last Survey" (does not currently exist), as well as First, Second, and Third Streets (do not currently exist).
