Description/Scope & Content Postcard with sketch of St. John's Church as it appeared from 1728 until it burned during the Civil War. The card is addressed to Mrs. Ralph James, 1506 Chesapeake Ave, with message: "Special music by Pvt. Dick Boyer accompanied by Jock Darling St. John's Bible Class next Sunday. M.G.D." (Mary Gorton Darling). It is postmarked Hampton, July 23, 1942.
