Description/Scope & Content Letter from Brig. Gen. Robert V. Ignico, who was stationed at Langley Field at the time of the Roma accident, to Harriet Clinton, widow of A.V. Clinton, who was killed on the Roma. The letter mentions Vic (likely A.V. Clinton), their daughter Anne (Ann), Bruce (identified as Maj. Gen. W. O. Butler, also at Langley at the time of the accident), and Vivian Grossmith. Letter and envelope adhered to sheet of black scrapbook paper, trimmed around as outline.
