Multiple plats of properties on Martha Davis' Estate located in the N. King Street/Willow Oaks district near present-day Kempton Street. Surveyed by Girard Chambers & Son. Dated 1917-1946.
- Plat, labeled "Plat of Martha Davis' Estate." Includes "County Road (Fox St.)" (currently Quash Street), Brick Kiln Road (currently Kempton Street), and N. King Street. Also includes a section of the Hampton and Langley Field Railway and a marsh land. Lower right corner describes previous land transfers and lists previous property owners as: Rich Jones, Jas. Smith, B. F. Smith, Cha. H. Jones, Henry Davis.
Notes indicate property transfer information located in "D.B.30-549" and "Will Book 3-108." Upper left corner reads "File Drawer 1C K and E. Transit F. Book 25 Pg 110." Surveyed by Girard Chambers, Sr. Dated May 12, 1917.
