Description/Scope & Content Multiple plats of properties on Martha Davis' Estate located in the N. King Street/Willow Oaks district near present-day Kempton Street. Surveyed by Girard Chambers & Son. Dated 1917-1946.

-Plat, labeled "Plat of Martha Davis' Estate." Includes "County Road (Fox St.)" (currently Quash Street), Brick Kiln Road (currently Kempton Street), and N. King Street. Also includes a section of the Hampton and Langley Field Railway and a marsh land. Lower right corner describes previous land transfers and lists previous property owners as: Rich Jones, Jas. Smith, B. F. Smith, Cha. H. Jones, Henry Davis.
Notes indicate property transfer information located in "D.B.30-549" and "Will Book 3-108." Upper left corner reads "File Drawer 1C K and E. Transit F. Book 25 Pg 110." Surveyed by Girard Chambers, Sr. Dated May 12, 1917.

-Plat, labeled "Plat Showing Lot George Brown Claims his Father Alex Brown Give him. The Same Being in his Possession." Includes County Road (currently Quash Street). Note on lot reads "George Brown Purchased from Phillips-Lackey Company Part of Martha Davis Tract. D.B.: 64-80." Lower left corner reads "File Drawer 1C." Surveyed by Girard Chambers & Son. Dated December 1, 1925.

-Plat, labeled "Plat of Fannie Smith and Mattie Corbin's Land Formerly Chas-H-Jones." Includes State Road (currently Quash Street) and Brick Kiln Road (currently Kempton Street). Lower left corner reads "F-Drawer C." Surveyed by Girard Chambers & Son. Dated November 9, 1942.

-Plat, labeled "Plat of James Digg's Lot Formerly Part of Martha Davis' Est." Includes N. King Street and Brick Kiln Road (currently Kempton Street). Lower left corner reads "File Drawer C. F. Book 25-110." Surveyed by Girard Chambers & Son. Dated November 11, 1946.
