Description/Scope & Content Two letters concerning surveys to be amended for Charles L. Lawson and L. D. Amory's property in Wind Mill Point, located in the Fox Hill district. Letters were sent by E. Sclater Montague of Montague, Ferguson and Holt Attorneys at Law to Girard Chambers, Jr. in October, 1945.
-Typed letter addressed to county surveyor Girard Chambers, Jr. requesting changes in property ownership and division lines for Charles L. Lawson and L. D. Amory, Sr.'s land. Sent on stationary for "Montague, Ferguson and Holt Attorneys at Law" and signed by E. Sclater Montague. Handwritten note in upper left corner reads, "P4666." Dated October 1, 1945.
-Typed letter addressed to Girard Chambers, Jr. regarding the return of the "proposed re-division of Wind Mill Point," and describing changes desired by property owners Charles Lawson and L. D. Amory. Sent on stationary for "Montague, Ferguson and Holt Attorneys at Law" and signed by E. Sclater Montague. Dated October 16, 1945.
