Description/Scope & Content Plat, labeled "Plat of 'Miles Carys Pasture Tract' Surveyed in 1811 by Thos. L. Nicholson, Surv. E.G." Plat contains portions of the Downtown and Phoebus districts and includes "Brights House," an orchard, a "Pasture House," St. Johns Church, a structure labeled "Smiths," Hampton River, and Brights Creek. Note on plat reads, "Ref. Survey Bk. I Page 21 & 22." "Platted by K. L. Quinn." Dated March 5, 1970.
