Description/Scope & Content Multiple plats of properties on Ransone's Little England Tract located in the Downtown district near the intersection of present-day Victoria Boulevard and Worster Avenue. Dated 1893-1975.

-Plat, labeled "plat of L-V-Bradshaw's Lot Purchased from E-L-Moore." Includes a "Concrete Road" (currently Victoria Boulevard) with "Center Railway's Right of Way" for trolley line, and Hudgins Street (does not currently exist). Note on sheet reads, "File Drawer A." Surveyed by Girard Chambers & Son. Dated November 20, 1927.

-Plat, labeled "Amendment to Plat Recorded in Deed Book 26 Page 236 Entitled Plan of Ransone Brothers Property Near Hampton, VA Showing Change in that Part of the Plat North of Lots 60 and 67." Includes Hudgens Street (does not currently exist). Note on plat reads, "Rec. D-B 47-298." Unsigned, undated.

-Plat, labeled "Plat Showing Exchange of Property between J. B. Lake and Albert Howe. A- Originally Belonged to Lake, B- "" Howe." Includes "Line of New Road" (currently Victoria Boulevard) and "C of N.N. & O.P. Ry Right of Way." Lower left corner reads, "1D." Surveyed by Girard Chambers, Sr. Dated March 21, 1912.

-Plat, labeled "Plat Property of R-E-and-Helga-L-Frost Being Lot C E-L-Moores Prop. And Easterly 8 Ft. F-L-Garner Lot." Includes Victoria Boulevard and Worster Street. Lower left corner reads, "F-B 50-80." Surveyed by Girard Chambers, Jr. Dated March 18, 1961.

-Plat, labeled "E-L-Moore's Property Formerly Part of Ransone Little England Tr." Includes "Military Ave" (currently Victoria Boulevard), Hudgins Street (does not currently exist), Worster Avenue, and a "R.R. Right of Way (North Track)." Plat includes handwritten notes: "See Plat of A-Howe's Lot Drawer D Field Book 45-5," "Plat of Ransomes D-B-23-236," and "This Rec. 106-11." Lower left corner reads, "Drawer 'A.'" Unsigned, likely completed by Girard Chambers. Dated September 16, 1940.

-Plat, labeled "Plat of E-L-Moore's Property Formerly Part of Ransone Little England Tract." Includes Worster Avenue, Victoria Boulevard, and Hudgins Street (does not currently exist). Notes on plat read, "Recorded D-B 106-11" and "File Drawer 'A' Field Book 45-5." Surveyed by Girard Chambers & Son. Dated September 16, 1940.

-Plat, labeled "#3818 Victoria Blvd." Includes Victoria Boulevard and South Street (does not currently exist). Also includes a "One Story Brick Residence." Surveyed by John N. Ruth. Dated August 15, 1975.

-Plat, labeled "Plan of Ransone Bros Property Near Hampton, VA." Includes "Newport News & Hampton Electric Railway" (located on present-day Victoria Boulevard), Hudgins Street (does not currently exist), and Ivy Street (does not currently exist). Lower left corner reads, "See Change in D-B 47-298, D-B 50-136." Surveyed by Simpson & Hargroves Engineers. Dated July 31, 1893.
