Description/Scope & Content Deed of Trust and Bond documents for two adjacent (third and fourth) lots on the 10th block of Bethel Avenue (Street numbers 1106-1108 Bethel Ave.), October 20, 1921. The bond was for $700, payable by October 20, 1927, and between Marinda Davis, Louisa Mitchell, Hilliard Mitchell, Hattie Brown, and Thomas Brown, and the People's Building and Loan Association of Hampton, Va. (R.M. Smith and W.T. Anderson, Trustees). The documents were notarized by Hamlin Nelson. The lots were inherited from John Davis and Mary Davis by Marinda Davis, Louisa Mitchell, and Hattie Brown.
