Description/Scope & Content Two plats of properties belonging to William Wallace's Estate located in the Fox Hill district east of present-day Beach Road between Pine Lane and Wickham Lane. Surveyed by Girard Chambers & Son. Dated 1929-1939.

-Plat, labeled "Plat of Wm. H. Wallace's Estate Divided According to Terms of Will, Recorded in Will Book 6 Pg 211. F-A-Wallace, C-E-Wallace and Woodrow W-Johnson, Benefeciaries. F-A-Wallace, Executor." Includes "Concrete Co. Road" (currently Beach Road) and a structure labeled "House." Notes on bottom of plat read "File Drawer B Queen Transit" and "See Abst No. 2 Pg. 195." Notes on top of page read "James Johnson to Frances Louisa Wallace (Daughter) D-B-18-49 June-27-1888" and "Recorded D-B 85-240 D-B 87-512." Surveyed by Girard Chambers & Son. Dated March 1, 1929.
