Description/Scope & Content Postcard with image of waterway with work vessels, likely Hampton Creek, entitled "Sea Food Industry, Hampton, Va.," printed by Harry P. Cann & Bro. Co., Baltimore. Postcard sent to Mrs. Robert [Dorothy] Sinclair in N. Plainfield, N.J., postmarked from Hampton 13 June 1940 (postage stamp removed or detached from card). Message describes anticipation of trip to join recipient, plants to be planted, that "Wythe [Sinclair?] and Margaret [Sinclair?] have started their houses," fishing, warm weather, rabbits, that "Edwin is right poorly - he is here," and Maude [Sinclair?] having company and presence of Anna, [illegibile], and Martha [Sinclair?] and "the beaux." Message signed "M."
